Senior Employee Relations Manager

Western Digital is seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading complex investigations, developing and implementing employee relations strategies, and providing guidance to leaders and employees on HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead investigations into employee complaints and allegations, ensuring thorough and fair outcomes.
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide guidance to leaders and employees on HR-related matters, including employment law, compliance, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve employee relations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in employee relations and HR.
- 12+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations and investigations.
- Proven track record of leading complex investigations and developing effective employee relations strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with leaders and employees.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
