Salary: $21-22 per hour + $1,000 Hiring Bonus

About the Position:

  • Deliver personalized support to individuals, addressing their daily living needs and promoting independence.
  • Collaborate with clients to set and achieve personal goals, fostering a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
  • Manage medication administration and record health updates accurately.
  • Create a safe and inclusive environment in homes and communities.
  • Work effectively with teams, families, and external partners to deliver person-centered care.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and team meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Caregiving or social work experience a plus; training provided.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated individuals who advocate for people with disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and company eligibility.
  • National background check clearance.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform related tasks.
