Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Founder in a dynamic and growing family office in the asset management space.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a senior-level executive and be an integral part of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Founder's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
  • Prepare high-quality materials for meetings and handle communications with stakeholders.
  • Assist with financial and investment-related tasks, requiring a strong understanding of the asset management industry.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage office operations with a high level of professionalism.
  • Provide personal support to the Founder as needed, demonstrating exceptional discretion and judgment.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level executives in the asset management space.
  • Knowledge or experience in the legal/compliance space is highly valued.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and possessing strong communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
