We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Center Operations Lead to join our team at CSL Plasma. As a Center Operations Lead, you will play a key role in the success of our plasma collection center, ensuring efficient operations and a positive experience for our donors.

**Job Summary**

The Center Operations Lead is responsible for supervising the daily activities of plasma center operations and staff to ensure efficient plasma collections. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to make decisions and provide clear instructions to staff.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supervise center operations daily activities, providing clear and consistent instructions and directions to staff.
  • Conduct meetings and clearly communicate performance expectations to staff.
  • Facilitate donor movement throughout the center, minimizing wait time and processing.
  • Ensure the center is staffed with adequate personnel to provide sufficient support based on center size, structure, and donor flow.
  • Monitor time card reporting procedures, attendance, and utilization of overtime.
  • Conduct error investigations and develop recommendations for process improvement.
  • Participate in performance appraisals and provide performance feedback to staff.
  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date employee training files and checklists.
  • Adhere to and promote compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to increase donor retention.
  • Ensure accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
  • Understand policies and procedures associated with hyper immune programs at the center.
  • Maintain a clean and efficient work environment, and ensure sufficient operating supplies and forms are available.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalency required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory, leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of others required.

**Compensation and Benefits**

CSL Plasma offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) savings plan, and paid time off.
