About the Role
The General Manager at WS Development is a key leadership position responsible for the overall success and excellence of The Street, Chestnut Hill. This individual will be a strategic leader, motivating cross-functional and direct report teams with a passion for a modern consumer-centric experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of analogous industries, such as Disney, cultural centers, and civic public spaces, and be able to inspire partners around the mission.

Key Responsibilities
• Overall responsibility for achieving excellence in the day-to-day operations of The Street
• Oversight and ownership of general budget, supporting the business plan, and thinking like a fiduciary
• Lead regular activities of the center, including brand management, marketing, operations, customer service, sales, and administrative management
• Build and manage external partnerships, including those with tenants, customers, the community, the government, and financial partners
• Actively consider consumer needs and help identify leads for Leasing; partner with Leasing to attract, retain, and grow the best tenants in the market
