Maintenance Supervisor Job Summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for directing workers and diagnosing malfunctions in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise maintenance workers to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Interpret company policies and procedures to workers, and enforce OSHA and company safety regulations.
  • Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assign duties.
  • Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read English and follow written procedures.
  • Ability to work in a non-air conditioned environment and at heights with proper safety equipment.
