We are currently seeking a highly skilled Document Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Private Asset Analyst team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' success by coordinating the collection and organization of documents.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office suite is essential, while a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not necessary. Based on the location and industry standards, the salary for this position is estimated at $60,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize documents from private asset manager investor portals.
- Coordinate with investment manager back-office teams to ensure timely delivery of documents.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows to maintain the document warehouse for clients.
- Support the firm's benchmark with document collection and investor information requests.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
