Experience with Microsoft Office suite is essential, while a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not necessary. Based on the location and industry standards, the salary for this position is estimated at $60,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and organize documents from private asset manager investor portals.
  • Coordinate with investment manager back-office teams to ensure timely delivery of documents.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to maintain the document warehouse for clients.
  • Support the firm's benchmark with document collection and investor information requests.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
