About the Role:

">Metrocare Services is seeking a skilled Facilities Project Coordinator to assist the Director of Planning & Construction by providing project management operational support on assigned capital and space planning projects across the agency. The ideal candidate will have a background in architecture, engineering, or construction management and 4 years of experience in project management/construction.

Responsibilities:

">- Manage internal and external coordination for contractors' submittals, requests for information, substitution requests, etc. for all active capital projects.- Coordinate drawing sets, revisions/addendums, and drawing logs for all capital projects using Procore.- Assist with permitting and inspections for all active capital projects.- Assist with project controls efforts including project cost reporting, scheduling, work breakdown structure establishment, project set-up and closeout.- Develop internal and external reports to include project budgeting and project status reports.- Review and markup construction documents as communication tools between architects, engineers, and internal/external stakeholders using Bluebeam.- Assist with project change management including change orders, design changes, etc.- Assist with scope of work creation and execution of contracts and change orders.- Assist with overall project risk assessment and minimization.- Participate in weekly construction meetings as necessary.- Provide coordination to the RFQ and RFP process for project procurement with Metrocare's Purchasing Department.- Assist with the development and documentation of a comprehensive Capital Projects Manual.- Assist with furniture standards and asset inventory process management.- Maintain document control to track project activities and communications.- Serve as liaison between project stakeholders and project team.- Communicate proactively and professionally with clients and project partners.- Learn and understand CARF and Behavioral Health standards as they apply to Metrocare operations and facilities.

Requirements:

">- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management, or related field, plus a minimum of 4 years of Project Management/Construction experience.- Design and construction experience with behavioral health and/or healthcare facilities and/or project management/construction management experience with a focus in healthcare, behavioral healthcare, and/or facilities.- Ability to use project-specific applications such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
