Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Administrator to join our team at Plutus Health Inc. This role involves providing essential administrative support to our Sales leadership, streamlining sales operations, and enhancing the efficiency of our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct administrative support to the leadership by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing necessary materials.
- Draft, review, and manage internal and external sales correspondences, including letters, memos, forms, policies, procedures, and handling confidential information.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of promotional documents and materials for distribution.
- Maintain and update the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy and optimal system usage.
- Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
- Assist in cold calling and sales follow-ups to support the sales teams efforts.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other sales documents as required.
$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative support role within a sales environment, ideally in the healthcare or RCM sector.
- Proficiency in using CRM and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
