Qualifications and Experience:
  • Required: High School Diploma or G.E.D and a minimum of two years of relevant experience in the HVAC/R sector; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred: The above plus two years of experience as a Sales and Service Associate in the HVAC/R or a related field.

  • Problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Solid understanding of HVACR products, concepts, and industry trends.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic mathematical skills for calculations and understanding margins, discounts, and percentages.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and web-based tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and independently.
  • Adhere to established procedures and written instructions.

Physical Requirements:

Work Environment:

Engage in a medium to large retail space utilizing various equipment such as telephones, computers, faxes, and printers.
