Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Community Development Long Island as a Loan Officer, where you will have the chance to make a real impact on people's lives by helping them achieve their financial goals. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, managing referrals, and securing funding for clients.

Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze loan applications to assess creditworthiness and financial stability
• Develop and implement strategies to source and secure funding for clients
• Collaborate with the HomeOwnership Center to prequalify and manage referrals
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of loan programs
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the loan process

Requirements:
• Proven track record of success in a similar role or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

The estimated salary for this position is around $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
