Job Overview

QSAC, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) to support its Day program at our location.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $48,000-$55,000 annually, including competitive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance with low out-of-pocket costs, generous paid time off policy, and opportunities for career advancement.

Job Responsibilities

This rewarding position involves working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities, providing assessment, observation, and training services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessment and Observation: Assess individual's habilitation needs, develop and supervise the implementation of staff action plans, monitor integration of services, and analyze data to monitor progress.
  • Training and Communication: Attend life plan meetings, ensure quality of staff in delivering necessary supports, maintain contact with individuals' families, and participate in screening new day hab attendees.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must have a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field, one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, knowledge of level of care eligibility determination, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
