Job Description

Motor Works Auto is currently hiring for a full-time Auto Shop Manager to oversee our car shop and manage our team in the Bemidji area. This full-time shop management position earns a competitive base pay plus a monthly bonus and spiffs which equates to about $75,000 - $100,000/year.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in automotive repair, preferably in fixed operations or service management.
  • Experience with automotive repair estimation and repair order generation.
  • Previous experience with key performance indicator (KPI) reporting (ticket averages, car counts, labor, and parts reporting).
  • Leadership skills.
