Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Department Manager to join our team at L&M Fleet Supply. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, stocked, and well-organized footwear department, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the footwear department, including inventory control and visual merchandising
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Lead and motivate sales floor clerks, providing guidance and direction to ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of footwear products and accessories
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
