Your Role: Ensure a Pristine Shopping Environment

As a Retail Sanitation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized store atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating cleaning equipment such as scrubbers and buffers
  • Performing dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting
  • Conducting spot cleaning of glass and windows
  • Upholding all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
  • Being cross-trained to assist in various store areas to meet business needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exemplifying outstanding customer service practices with both internal and external customers
  • Fostering a positive store culture based on integrity, respect, and honesty
  • Maintaining cleanliness standards across all store areas, including sales floors and restrooms
  • Adhering to health and safety policies, including restocking essential items
  • Responding to front-end coverage needs as required
  • Participating in store recovery efforts throughout the day
  • Communicating effectively with management and team members
  • Participating in safety initiatives to maintain a secure environment
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned
