Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse RN to join our team in the Partial Hospital Program. As a Psychiatric Nurse RN, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with mental health conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Document patient progress and outcomes
