Psychiatric Nurse RN Partial Hospital Program

The Psychiatric Nurse RN Partial Hospital Program is a critical role at Parkland Medical Center, where you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional care to patients in need. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide independent therapeutic measures and dependent prescribed and delegated by the physician, consistent with the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice for Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing.
- Participate in patient education and rehabilitation, and provide interpretation of treatment to the patient and the patient's family.
- Coordinate unit activities and assure accountability of all assigned tasks.
- Registered Nurse with New Hampshire license or Compact License when applicable.
- American Heart Association BCLS and CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention with proficiency in verbal de-escalation.
- BSN preferred; ANCC Certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing.
