Psychiatric Nurse RN

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse RN to join our team at Parkland Medical Center. As a Psychiatric Nurse RN, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to patients with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Participate in patient education and counseling to promote recovery and wellness.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Registered Nurse with New Hampshire license or Compact License when applicable.
- American Heart Association BCLS and CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention with proficiency in verbal de-escalation.
- BSN preferred; ANCC Certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing a plus.
