Psychiatric Nurse RN Partial Hospital Program

The Psychiatric Nurse RN Partial Hospital Program is a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Psychiatric Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive care to patients with mental health conditions, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and therapy
- Conduct patient education and counseling to promote healthy behaviors and coping skills
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop treatment plans
- Registered Nurse with New Hampshire license or Compact License when applicable
- American Heart Association BCLS and CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention with proficiency in verbal de-escalation
- BSN preferred; ANCC Certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing
