Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative I to join our team at Sheetz, Inc. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing a range of customer service situations, and providing first-line technical support for crisis-level situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries and concerns through various touchpoints, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide first-line technical support for customer technology issues, including mobile app, online ordering, and other Sheetz programs.
  • Troubleshoot complex concerns related to payment systems, including Sheetz Visa, Fleet credit cards, and FISCAL.
  • Work within our ticketing system to document customer inquiries efficiently and accurately.
  • Route inquiries to specific corporate departments as needed.
  • Identify and escalate crisis situations to level 2 representatives or supervisors as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of consumer information and classified proprietary information.
  • Navigate various software and computer systems necessary to the position.

Requirements:

  • High School/GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of Help Desk/Call Center experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required.
  • No licenses or certifications are required.
