About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous and friendly service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with Executive Hosts, VIP Casino Services, and Players Club to ensure superior guest satisfaction.
  • Explain amenities and features of the property to guests, including the benefits and issuance of the mychoice card.
  • Build and retain customer relationships, awarding customer complimentaries based on gaming action and program guidelines.
  • Act as a greeter for bus line runs and charter groups as directed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all company matters.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience required; Player Services or related experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills required; must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
