The Commercial Contract Director will oversee contract development, negotiation, and management, ensuring compliance with legal standards and protecting the company's interests.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and negotiate contracts, adhering to legal and company guidelines.
  • Manage contract lifecycles from negotiation to execution and renewal.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documents.
  • Resolve contract-related disputes and issues.
  • Collaborate with legal, procurement, and business teams to align contracts with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
