Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menu concepts, recipes, and presentation styles to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent service and quality.
  • Collaborate with our General Manager to maintain 100% compliance with menu and promotional rollouts, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the liaison with our clients to ensure their expectations are met, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage and maintain all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards to ensure a safe and healthy food environment.
  • Demonstrate financial expertise and accountability in managing food, labor, and direct costs against budgets and forecasts.
  • Manage all kitchen and culinary operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in food service management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proficient computer skills and exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid Food Service Manager Certificate and Food Allergen Certification.

  • A passion for culinary arts, with a desire for creativity and innovation.
  • Ability to budget and manage inventory, with a focus on cost control and efficiency.
  • Creativity and adaptability to challenges, with a willingness to think outside the box and drive business growth.
