This role provides business support for Integrated Business Planning, Pipeline Management, and VBS Business Planning and Finance.

Responsibilities include assisting in pipeline management, providing financial analysis of key pipeline projects, and developing financial models to enhance project portfolio management.

The ideal candidate will develop, interpret, and implement complex financial and accounting concepts for financial planning and overall financial control.

This role also involves coordinating VBS's planning process, preparing company annual short- and long-range business plans, and monitoring progress towards goals and projects outcomes.

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will oversee the determination of transfer prices for international affiliates and provide financial support for Licensing opportunities.

Key responsibilities include preparing key analyses and management slides for senior executives.

Pipeline Management Support:

Develop and create financial models for analysis of key pipeline projects, leading to accurate NPV, IRR, and risk analysis.

Assist and support management in pipeline project decision-making.

Collaborate with business management and development in determining key inputs and data collection for the pipeline database.

Integrated Business Planning:

Facilitate IRR discussions, filter unresolved issues, and prepare them for escalation.

Identify gaps between the operational plan and commitments, recommending actions to close these gaps for executive decision-making.

VBS Business Planning:

Manage and support the preparation of annual Short Range Plan (SRP) and Mid-Range Plan (MRP) on a Performance and Entity basis.

Oversee the development of transfer prices for intercompany sales to international affiliates.

Manage the monthly financial reporting of Performance Sales and Commentary through work with regional affiliate companies and business managers.

Prepare monthly analyses of product profitability using cost accounting software.

Conduct cost/benefit analysis and/or breakeven analysis for various projects.

Provide financial support for Licensing/Acquisitions as requested.

Candidates should have a CPA and MBA.
