Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiac/Pedi unit at Yale New Haven Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan individualized patient care to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and well-being.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to non-RN personnel as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSN preferred.
  • Valid State of Connecticut Registered Nurse license.
  • BLS certification required.
