Job Description

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000/year, plus commission

As a Corporate Growth Specialist, you will be instrumental in fostering the expansion and prosperity of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include discovering new market opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and crafting strategic initiatives to enhance our market footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify and pursue new business prospects
  • Formulate and execute strategic plans aimed at achieving sales goals and organizational objectives
  • Engage in outreach activities such as cold calls, emails, and visits to connect with potential clients
  • Establish and sustain robust relationships with both existing and prospective clients
  • Reconnect with previous clients to assess their current needs
  • Deliver sales presentations and negotiate agreements with clients
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure effective project management and execution
  • Utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to monitor sales activities and generate analytical reports
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies
  • Participate in networking opportunities and manage promotional activities for the company's services
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or a related discipline
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical capabilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred

Compensation:

Base salary ranges from $50,000 to $65,000, plus commission (salary is commensurate with experience)
