Job Summary

National Children's Center is a leading provider of services for individuals with developmental disabilities. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision and protective oversight to ensure the safety and well-being of assigned individuals.
  • Maintain ongoing knowledge of established levels of protective oversight and supervision requirements.
  • Assist with planning and implementing daily activities to meet person-centered choices and identified habilitation and educational needs.
  • Support and implement specific training activities and tasks based on the person-centered plan, habilitation plan, or education plan.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) with one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Current and valid driver's license.
