About the Role:

HirefinderRPO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Director to join our team as a Full-Time Office Manager. This is a confidential posting, and the specific details of the dental practice will be disclosed to qualified candidates during the interview process.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Director will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dental practice. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing Daily Administrative Tasks: Manage office staff, coordinate patient schedules, and ensure exceptional patient service.
  • Staff Management and Scheduling: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental office, including staff management and scheduling.
  • Patient Experience and Flow: Coordinate patient appointments, manage patient flow, and ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Financial Transactions and Compliance: Handle billing, insurance claims, and financial transactions specific to dental services, while maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and dental regulations.
  • Office Operations and Maintenance: Manage office inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance, as well as implement and maintain office policies and procedures tailored to a dental practice.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Assist with marketing and patient outreach initiatives, and foster a collaborative and supportive work environment for the office team.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as an Office Manager in a dental practice.
  • Organizational and Multitasking Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Abilities: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in dental office software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Dental Knowledge: Knowledge of dental billing, insurance processes, and HIPAA compliance.
  • Leadership and Motivation: Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or management are a plus.
