Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Advocate/System Navigator to join our team at the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs. In this critical role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the well-being and safety of child victims of abuse and neglect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate tribal, federal, and state services to provide comprehensive support to child victims and their non-offending caregivers.
  • Advocate on behalf of the child victim and their family, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are protected.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Act as a systems navigator, connecting clients and their families with internal and external resources to support their recovery and well-being.
Requirements
  • Carry out required activities in accordance with grant requirements, including community outreach, awareness, and education initiatives.
  • Utilize proficient computer skills to manage and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Pass a thorough background check, including a criminal history check with Federal, Tribal, and State Law Enforcement, and a pre-employment alcohol and drug screening.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and current insurance.
