Senior Site Reliability Engineer and R2 Solutions Architect (Remote)
Cognizant is seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer and R2 Solutions Architect with expertise in Python Performance Validation and Dynatrace to oversee critical projects. Your contributions will significantly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our solutions, benefiting both the organization and the community.
As a Senior R2 Solutions Architect, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing resilient architectures that improve system performance and dependability. With a focus on Dynatrace SRE and Performance Validation, you will utilize your technical knowledge to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture design and implementation of scalable and dependable systems using Dynatrace and SRE methodologies.
- Manage performance validation activities to ensure systems achieve necessary performance standards.
- Offer technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a culture of ongoing learning and enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address performance issues and system challenges.
- Create and maintain automation scripts using Python to optimize performance testing and monitoring processes.
- Conduct regular system evaluations and performance assessments to guarantee optimal functionality and adherence to industry standards.
- Implement best practices for system reliability, availability, and scalability, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Analyze system performance metrics to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement, driving proactive enhancements.
- Engage with stakeholders to define performance expectations and devise strategies to fulfill those needs.
- Ensure all architectural solutions are aligned with business goals and regulatory standards.
- Document architectural designs, performance validation procedures, and system configurations comprehensively.
- Stay informed about the latest industry developments and technologies to integrate innovative solutions into the architecture.
- Contribute to the creation of performance validation frameworks and tools to boost testing efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Extensive background in Dynatrace SRE and Performance Validation with a proven history of successful implementations.
- Proficiency in Python for developing automation scripts and performance testing tools.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret performance data and drive system enhancements.
- Deep understanding of system architecture principles and best practices for reliability and scalability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
