About this Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Profit Formula Client Associate to join our Wealth and Investment Management team at Wells Fargo Advisors. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and support to our financial advisors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist financial advisors with service and operational activities, including providing client support via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Facilitate client requests for account information and quotes, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Schedule and prepare for client appointments, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Establish and service client accounts, prepare forms, and research account inquiries and issues.
  • Execute administrative functions, including tracking referrals, assisting with marketing activities, and maintaining files to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a liaison for referral sources, reviewing paperwork for completeness and forwarding to management as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in brokerage and client services, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Client service focus with experience listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving complex customer issues.
  • Brokerage client support experience or financial services industry experience.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Experience interacting directly with customers.
  • Administrative support experience in financial services.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
