About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is a leading recruitment agency that specializes in sourcing top talent for various industries. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamic Recruiting Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process, from initial candidate contact to placement and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to identify the best fit for our clients' needs.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to ensure seamless communication and expectations management.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to track and manage all applicants at all stages of the process.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in full-life cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, job market analysis, and labor laws.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with technical or regulated industries.
  • Agency and corporate recruiting experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting time-to-fill goals and exceeding client expectations.
Compensation and Benefits

  • Up to $35 per hour.
