About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at the Wells Fargo Commercial Capital Administrative Services Group. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support to senior level leaders and executives, contributing to the success of our customers and company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior level leaders and executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Compile information, prepare reports, and balance general ledger lines or expense accounts.
  • Assist with complex administrative tasks, such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables, and pulling routine reports.
  • Interact with internal peers and external partners regarding routine administrative tasks.
  • Support more experienced level leaders with daily administrative tasks and interact with more experienced leaders across the organization.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Experience supporting senior level leaders/executives, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executive-level leaders.
  • Familiarity with SAP Concur Travel, Expense & Invoice system, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.
