Job Description:

Responsibilities

The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive client retention and growth, including building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and identifying opportunities for upselling existing policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive client retention and growth
  • Conduct regular policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients to identify opportunities for upselling
  • Resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure consistent delivery of excellent service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sales or account management
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth
