ROLE SUMMARY:
At Lane Madsen - State Farm Agent, we are looking for an Insurance Financial Consultant. This position involves advocating for financial solutions that assist clients in navigating everyday uncertainties. Your knowledge of financial offerings will enable you to inform clients about their choices and enhance sales through a consultative methodology. Your meticulous nature will position you as a vital resource for clients and a significant contributor to our successful agency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize a client-focused, tailored strategy to educate clients on insurance options.
  • Work alongside the agent to establish agency and personal goals.
  • Identify potential clients, schedule consultations, evaluate client needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Capability to obtain necessary financial service licenses.
  • Previous experience as a financial services consultant is advantageous but not essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities.
