  • Collaborate with various departments to effectively communicate organizational changes, announcements, and key initiatives.

  • Promote and manage internal and external communications through our digital platforms.

Corporate Social Responsibility and Community Engagement

  • Work alongside our community initiatives to manage and develop our global outreach programs, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
  • Create strategies and materials to effectively communicate our CSR and sustainability efforts to both internal and external audiences.

Employer Branding and Marketing Initiatives

  • Lead the creation and management of our Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Collaborate with HR leaders to develop content that supports our Employer Brand across various channels and events.
  • Produce materials for recruitment marketing efforts, including templates and promotional items.
  • Oversee the collection and dissemination of creative content that showcases employee engagement across our global offices.
  • Coordinate submissions for industry recognition to enhance our attractiveness as an employer.
  • Assist in organizing and managing presentations and reviews with stakeholders.

Your Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in communications or a related field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing internal communications projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Relevant experience in employer branding or marketing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on storytelling.
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on interpersonal skills and appreciation for diverse perspectives.
