Internal Communication Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with our business goals and enhances our employer brand.
- Collaborate with various departments to effectively communicate organizational changes, announcements, and key initiatives.
- Ensure messaging consistency across all platforms and maintain alignment with relevant stakeholders.
- Keep communications innovative and engaging to support business objectives and enhance employee engagement.
- Promote and manage internal and external communications through our digital platforms.
- Continuously assess and improve communication effectiveness through impact measurement.
Corporate Social Responsibility and Community Engagement
- Work alongside our community initiatives to manage and develop our global outreach programs, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Create strategies and materials to effectively communicate our CSR and sustainability efforts to both internal and external audiences.
Employer Branding and Marketing Initiatives
- Lead the creation and management of our Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
- Collaborate with HR leaders to develop content that supports our Employer Brand across various channels and events.
- Produce materials for recruitment marketing efforts, including templates and promotional items.
- Oversee the collection and dissemination of creative content that showcases employee engagement across our global offices.
- Coordinate submissions for industry recognition to enhance our attractiveness as an employer.
- Assist in organizing and managing presentations and reviews with stakeholders.
Your Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in communications or a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
- 5+ years of experience in managing internal communications projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Relevant experience in employer branding or marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on storytelling.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on interpersonal skills and appreciation for diverse perspectives.
