Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services and Claim Support Specialist to join our team at A.W.G. Dewar, Inc. Our company specializes in student insurance, providing customized policies to over 1,200 leading independent schools and colleges in North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary contact for claims processing and customer inquiries
  • Handle written correspondence, emails, and phone calls from schools, parents, and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Seek advice from Accounts Managers on account issues or questions
  • Assist or fill-in for Account Managers as necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in customer service or an administrative role, or a college degree equivalent
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Efficient and accurate typing, data entry, and calculation skills
