Client Service Lead

State Street is seeking a Client Service Lead to join our US Asset Owners division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, resolving inquiries, and building strong relationships with internal service partners. You will also oversee the performance of shared service teams and global COEs to ensure timely problem resolution and mitigate risk to the corporation.
About the Role
This is a Client Service Lead role that requires strong communication and organizational skills, with a consultative mindset. You will be responsible for supporting the operational management of multiple client relationships, working collaboratively with teams and management across the organization. You will also be responsible for maintaining functional and technical knowledge across multiple disciplines and acting as a liaison between clients and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage client relationships and resolve inquiries in a timely manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal service partners
• Oversee the performance of shared service teams and global COEs
• Facilitate communication to ensure an effective operating environment
• Work collaboratively with teams and management across the organization
• Maintain functional and technical knowledge across multiple disciplines
Requirements
• BS/BA degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably in financial services industry
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a consultative mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business groups and levels of the organization
• Self-motivated, strong work ethic
• Strong ability to adapt to change and multi-task
