Arbella Insurance is seeking a skilled Claim Experience Professional to join our dynamic Claim Service Center Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, agents, and vendors across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Effectively communicate with customers, agents, and vendors to resolve claims and provide exceptional service.
* Establish electronic claims in all lines of business and states, using care and compassion to guide customers through the claim process.
* Research and analyze claim activity, proactively identifying solutions to resolve customer inquiries and using sound judgment when escalating urgent customer issues.
* Perform a variety of claim tasks, including ordering appraisals, creating rental reservations, and establishing lines of communication between customers and their adjuster.

Requirements:

* Some work experience in a customer service environment preferred.
* Sound interpersonal, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Data entry proficiency.
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $25.00 per hour or more, depending on skills and work experience. Our work schedule is 36.25 hours per week, and we value work-life balance.
