Job Title: Quality Program Manager - Registered Nurse - Trauma/Burn Program

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Quality Program Manager for the Trauma and Burn Program. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety in the Trauma and Burn Program.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address clinical care gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement educational programs to promote best practices and evidence-based care in trauma and burn nursing.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to inform quality improvement initiatives and track progress towards goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in emergency room and ICU nursing, with a focus on trauma and burn care.
  • Database management and analysis experience preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare quality measurement, reporting, and improvement.
  • Previous leadership or project management experience, including statistical concepts and applications.
