About the Role

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Burn/Trauma Surgical ICU. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care to patients and their families, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
  • 2 years of med/surge experience required.
  • Membership in professional organizations is recommended, and certification in a specialty area is encouraged.
