Key Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision to assigned case managers and coordinate services to meet the ongoing needs of clients.
  • Monitor individual treatment plans, intake documents, and monthly reports of case managers in compliance with EEC regulations.
  • Facilitate weekly team meetings and develop policies and procedures.
  • Provide after-hours on-call support on a regular, rotating basis.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a human service-related field.
  • Three years' prior supervisory experience.
  • Three years' prior clinical experience.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care.
  • Valid driver's license with approved DMV, DCF, and CORI background checks.
