- Monitor individual treatment plans, intake documents, and monthly reports of case managers in compliance with EEC regulations.
- Facilitate weekly team meetings and develop policies and procedures.
- Provide after-hours on-call support on a regular, rotating basis.
- Master's degree in a human service-related field.
