Patient Experience Advisor Service Excellence Specialist

The Patient Experience Advisor Service Excellence/Full-Time role is a key position within CHRISTUS Health, reporting directly to the Director of Service Excellence. This individual will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality and safety of healthcare delivery, working closely with the Chief Nurse Executive and Chief Operating Officer to develop and implement strategies that improve patient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Advise and educate healthcare teams on best practices to enhance patient experience
- Conduct coaching and training sessions to improve service excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement patient experience improvement initiatives
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and track progress
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Graduate of an accredited Baccalaureate nursing degree or other clinical discipline background
- Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license (if applicable)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to facilitate team collaboration and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Minimum of five years of related experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience in nursing, respiratory therapy, rehabilitation therapy, diagnostic imaging, education, or patient experience
This role will work in a clean, well-lighted, ventilated, and smoke-free environment. The individual will be required to spend approximately 50% of their time walking and coaching in clinical areas to drive practice change.
