Patient Service Liaison

Job Summary
The Patient Service Representative will provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and families at Facility Stephens Memorial Hospital. This role will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and courteous service to patients and families
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage patient schedules
- Collect, verify, and enter patient data
- Monitor patient data and ensure compliance with federal, state, and MaineHealth confidentiality policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in customer service and office procedures preferred
- Detail-oriented and able to complete projects independently
- Excellent grammar, writing, decision-making, and organizational skills
