Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Site Specific. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute daily activities.
  • Assist with tracking project materials and coordinating the permitting process.
  • Participate in project close-out, including punch list, warranty, and closeout documents.
  • Support the change management process and manage subcontractor and vendor bid processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore/similar project management software.

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
