We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Site Specific.

Job Description

The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in the planning and execution of daily activities for construction work, ensuring the highest level of quality and accuracy.

This position provides technical support under the supervision of project leaders (Superintendent/Project Manager) and is responsible for maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and updating project schedules as directed.

The Project Coordinator assists with tracking project materials, ensures they are received in advance of required delivery dates, and aids in the permitting process.

In addition, this role involves assisting with project close-out, including punch lists, warranties, and closeout documents/O&M manuals for submission to the owner.

The Project Coordinator also prepares and maintains submittal, change order, request for information, and contingency logs, logs and distributes contract drawing updates, and assists with preparation and distribution of meeting minutes for weekly project status meetings.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent work experience
  • OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore/similar project management software
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specs
  • Proven experience following up on communication and issues as identified
Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience
