As a key member of our team, you will work closely with experienced project managers, engineers, and scientists to deliver complex projects that make a positive impact on the environment and communities.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically proficient Remediation Engineer who can support and manage diverse remediation projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and completing technical tasks for remediation projects;
  • Designing and implementing site remediation programs, including feasibility evaluations, remedy selection, and optimization;
  • Manging remediation contractors and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations;
  • Collaborating with project teams to develop and implement effective remediation strategies;
  • Preparing technical reports and documentation in accordance with applicable environmental laws and regulations.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program (Master's degree desirable);
  • A Professional Engineering license (PE) is desirable;
  • 5-10 years of professional experience with an environmental/engineering consulting firm;
  • Strong technical experience in in-situ and ex-situ treatment system design, cost estimating, local/state/federal permitting, and design and implementation of site remediation programs;
  • Demonstrated experience with scoping, budgeting, and implementation of remediation programs;
  • Excellent organizational, technical writing, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of large multi-disciplinary teams;
  • Experience with management of remediation contractors.
