Status: Full-Time, Salary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and enforce corporate safety policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to the core value of Safety in all operations.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive business intelligence framework across the organization.
  • Lead the development and deployment of advanced data analytics tools and platforms.
  • Direct the analytics team to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of business insights that inform strategic decisions and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and quality.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analytics.
  • Formulate and execute a technology and innovation strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.
  • Analyze industry trends, gather feedback from team members and clients, and conduct research to identify innovation opportunities.
  • Advocate for the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to pinpoint business needs and drive continuous improvement in metrics tracking, information management, and organizational planning.
  • Report on analytics and innovation initiatives, progress, and return on investment to the General Manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required by corporate needs.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in business analytics and innovation leadership, managing projects, and implementing technology initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, predictive modeling, and business forecasting.
  • Experience with data warehousing, modeling, and visualization techniques.
  • Proficient in various technologies (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) with a readiness to engage in technical details as necessary.
  • Advanced degree in computer science, data management, finance, statistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the construction industry is advantageous.
