About the Role

At CareerNation, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Adult Primary Care Refill Group as a Lead Clinical Care Coordinator.

About You

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented individual with at least one year of clinical experience in a medical office or clinic setting. Your high school diploma or equivalent is essential, along with your record of prior stable employment and favorable references.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to provide nursing care to patients via direct and/or telephone contact, following established standards and practices. You will coordinate with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, maximal coordination of efforts, and active patient participation in planning and care.

Working Conditions

You may frequently expose yourself to communicable diseases and body fluids, toxic substances, medicinal preparations, and other substances common to a medical office environment. This role requires working in close proximity to other personnel, using a computer keyboard throughout the work day, and occasional use of an autoclave for instrument sterilization.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of clinical experience in a medical office or clinic setting
  • Record of prior stable employment and favorable references
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program with at least one year of recent experience
  • Current certification as a medical assistant or eligibility for certification
  • CPR/BLS certification
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer competitive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
