Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a minimum of 5-10 years of clinical experience in a managed care setting.
- Active, unrestricted license to practice professional nursing (RN) in the state of employment.
- Experience leading clinical staff and utilizing data analytics to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
